Application Process
Surface Preparation
We utilise abrasive blasting, grit blasting, or mechanical grinding to achieve the required surface profile (Class 2.5 or similar) for optimal adhesion.
System Application
Coatings are applied via airless spray or roller in multiple coats (Prime, Build, Finish) to achieve the specified Dry Film Thickness (DFT).
Inspection
We conduct wet and dry film thickness testing, visual inspections, and holiday detection to ensure a defect-free finish.
