Project Manager – Commercial Refurbishment
We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join the NRESH Group team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial and industrial refurbishment projects from start to finish.
Working across a diverse portfolio, you will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple refurbishment sites
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Maintain strong client communication and relationships
- Oversee health & safety compliance across all sites
- Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within construction or refurbishment
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of NZ building regulations and standards
- Relevant qualification in construction, project management, or similar (preferred)
