We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to join the NRESH Group team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality commercial and industrial refurbishment projects from start to finish.

Working across a diverse portfolio, you will play a key role in coordinating teams, managing timelines, and ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery across multiple refurbishment sites
  • Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Maintain strong client communication and relationships
  • Oversee health & safety compliance across all sites
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular reporting

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management within construction or refurbishment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Knowledge of NZ building regulations and standards
  • Relevant qualification in construction, project management, or similar (preferred)
